  Food is fantastic, ingredients are very fresh and tables are well stocked with extras (chilly flakes, nuts, spices). Thai food is definitely worth trying and the menu is broad enough to cater for many tastes including vegetarian options.
  
  Staff are polite but the atmosphere for eating in isn't great unless you're in a large group (more take away than restaurant but prices are more take away than restaurant).

  Was a regular and came ever other week since 2014, have left good reviews before but over the last few months standards have slipped, maybe new chefs, new suppliers?? we stopped ordering starters because it would come out either after the main or the same time as the main and sometimes the money bags were still frozen in the middle. The last few times are mains have come out cold, not steaming like usual and we have let it slide. Some silly things they could improve, like their new menu doesn't have a spicy rating system unlike the old menu, and dishes coming without the ingredients listed on the menu. For example ordering a dish with peanuts and beanshoots and receive niether! The portion sizes have went way down and more worryingly the quality of their veg has went down with some of the veg being frozen not fresh like before and selection of veg choices are poor. We have 4 fav dishes and order those every time so we notice when things are off. Maybe to a newcomer it wouldn't be obvious but it's not a seasonal thing, it's obviously a cost cutting measure. The last time we ordered chicken it was slimy, had a jelly like consistency and was just revolting, we tried to pick it out but it was stringy. when we sent it back and asked for just a veg version instead, they just threw the same dish in the pan and served that back to us, with the slimy stringy bits of chicken still in it. Then the manager or owner came over and sent for a new fresh veg only version but by that stage, the meal was ruined and it should have just been taken off the bill as i had already finished my meal and we had to wait for yet another meal, which came without tofu despite the manager specifically asking if we wanted it. We have a loyalty card but i didn't even bother to get it stamped because we won't be back. Really a shame as it was our favourite restaurant and we use to visit often.
