  Dirty, no toilet roll in toilet. Tables weren't wiped. No atmosphere, bland surroundings and cost a fortune. Will not be going back!

  Excellence service in good atmosphere even for a grant like me. And a tea drinker. I am in nearly every day as my husband is in hospital and its a break to get away for a while.

  Absolutely fantastic customer service, place doesn't open to 7:30am weekdays and I arrived at 7:20 one morning without thinking and the gentleman allowed me to come in early to stay out of the cold before they opened and he also made and brought my coffee to me without hesitation or asking for money. The rolls were not on until half 7 so he had no problem allowing me to pay later. When I tried to pay a lady told me not to worry about it. I actually felt as if the place was too good for me :)
