  Having been shown to a dirty table we (2) then waited some 5-10 minutes before being given menus and had to ask for the table to be cleaned. It was then a further 15 minutes before we were able to get the attention of a waitress to take our order. There were a lot of customers but there was also empty tables so it's not like they were rushed off their feet. Drinks came soon enough but we then waited another 20-25 minutes before anyone paid any attention to us. At this point the server who greets customers and assigns seats came to say our order was next. It duly arrived: two wraps and a few undressed lettuce leafs. After being served we were not approached again - to check if everything was okay, if we'd like something else, etc. It then took a good 10 minutes after we finished the food to get a servers attention. We were not asked if we wanted dessert, tea or coffee. Meanwhile, waitresses hugged each other on the restaurant floor, chatted at length with a friend/customer, and after the table next to us left the server came with a spray of cleaner, took aim at a tiny spot in the table and wiped only that area! The food was nothing to write home about but the service was so poor I definitely won't be back.
