  I attended for Afternoon Tea in the Great Room. It was a present to my firend for her birthday. I have been there on other occasions and am always impressed. Customer service is second to none. The superb staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely competent. Exquisite food served in equally sumptuous surroundings. An amazing relaxing experience from start to finish.

  Brilliant. Did my brother's wedding. Very good job. Food was lovely. Atmosphere was great. Staff are brilliant.
  
  Karl was the best bartender in the world. A credit to the craft of pouring beer and serving tequila shots.
  
  Shannen sold me on your breakfasts as well but I was too hungover to get one. Maybe next time.

  Excellent hotel! We had our wedding reception here in February 2017 and it was an amazing experience. The venue was superb to have our guests in and to stay and Lynn and the team looking after our reception in the run-up and on the day were perfect. Couldn't have wished for more. Thoroughly recommend for anyone to stay in or have their wedding/reception in. The breakfast is great as well.
